There are so many different areas of design - fashion, architecture, graphic design, industrial design, landscape design, art, jewelry. But let's not omit Mother Nature!

That could be something within the existing residence, could be something the clients bring to the table, or it could also be a feeling that clients want to evoke every time they enter the new room...
